14 day return policy, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging and have been ordered direct via TheAntHUT.com. (3rd Party sales will need to be returned via the 3rd party supplier) If the above is true please contact sales@TheAntHUT.com to arrange the return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts that don’t match the agreed return reason. Also, we reserve the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee. This will be confirmed during the initial return request response (This is to stop fraudulent order returns damaging our business, it is unlikely to apply to most returns.). This charge is at the discretion of TheAntHUT.
Any return request for an item more than 14 days after delivery is at the discretion of TheAntHUT.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the return outcome. If the conditions above are met we will refund in full to your original method of payment. Refunds may take a few days to appear.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of our refund confirmation. Please contact your bank/credit card provider to ensure the refund isn’t still pending. If they confirm no refund is pending please contact sales@TheAntHUT.com
If the item arrives defective or damaged. It must be reported to sales@TheAntHUT.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We are not responsible for damages caused by the courier however we will always try to assist our customers.
If you simply wish to swap an item this is no problem. The items must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Once received a voucher for the amount will be issued to your account for use. (Please note “Made to Order” and “Custom Made” item terms below supersede this section.)
If a manufacturing fault occurs in the modules core parts (Module Chassis, Hydration base, Lid) within the first 12 months. The faulty item will need to be returned before a replacement is sent. Please note that due to the 3d printing manufacturing process we cannot guarantee the replacement item will be the same colour as this can change from each production run (although we endeavour to keep variations to a minimum).
The glass and module inserts are excluded for this warranty as they are considered consumable. Unless reported as above in the first 24hrs after delivery.
Made to Order Items
Some items on the website will be marked as “Made to Order”. Unfortunately, no refund will be given for these items. However, they will still be covered for an exchange in the first 14 days.
All items tagged in their description as “Custom-made” are non-refundable or exchangeable items. The customer must be 100% sure before ordering that the required details are correct. TheAntHUT will not be responsible for errors relating to the custom element submitted by the customer e.g. spelling errors. We will only replace items if there is a manufacturing fault or the order differs from the customers’ initial order details.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return/exchange items. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will, therefore, exclude any shipping fees.
